I suppose my real question is how do you prove homosexuality? I know my husband is bisexual although I have never seen anything sexual. We seperated in 2005 after my husband "pushed" his business partner (20 yrs. his jr.) in my face. The last straw was when he wanted his "partner" to start his own company on our property, which would put this man in my face six days a week, ten hours a day. We seperated over the issue. The "partner " has since left his wife and is currently living with my husband. He kept his address a BIG BIG secret for the past year but I now have it and the "partner" is definitely living with my husband. How do I prove to the court that it is a homosexual relationship? How would you go about getting evidence, I cannot afford a P.I. HELP!!

It doesn't matter to the courts that it is a homosexual relationship because they can not discriminate against sexual preference. (That doesn't mean that I don't completely sympathize with you on this matter....I do.) But what DOES matter is that you were married and he had an affair and carried on with another person. I'm not sure if children are involved...but the best advice I could give you would be to record all of your conversations and bring it up. Catch him lying about it on tape. You can get a digital recorder small enough to fit in your pocket, bra, purse, ect...I don't know what state you live in but before you go seriously investigating him you need to find out what the laws allow you to do in your state. Spying on his computer would and could tell you alot but it would never be able to be used in court because you obtained that information illegally. So what good would it do in the long run? It sounds like to me that you have enough "evidence" to take to court that he has obviously moved on and left you to pick up the pieces. And believe me, you need to file the motion first. The court looks the most high upon the one who files first. 9 times out of 10. Hope everything works out. Take care.

OK, I'm a little confused are you going through a divorce? If so it doesn't matter if you prove he is homosexual or not. Who gives a flying F_ck? He's out of your life and your still going to get half of everything less the gay boyfriend. Are you homophobic? Let them be and enjoy the rest of your life, don't dwell on you husbands partner it's not good for you even though you feel cheated. Good luck!

Is it for the courts or is it for you? You have enough evidence for a divorce based on infidelity, but his sexuality makes no difference. I hate to say this, but a man usually just doesn't fall in love with a man overnight without previous male relationships. A private only investigator may only bring up "truths" that will only delay your healing. Believe me, your anger may cause you to do something that you may later regret, so don't set yourself up for that situation. Seek support (straight spouse network?), focus on your life and your children (don't tell your children details of your husband's business, that may backfire on you as well if you have kids), and move on. Living honestly will have its rewards in the end. Let God, karma, fate deal with your husband as you work through forgiveness.

u already know the truth here, in divorce courts today there is usually no gain to having evidence of this or that, as the courts do not care who has done what to whom, they are very liberal and most states have this no fault divorce now. it just doesn't mean anything anymore, no one really cares, it is wrong i know, as the one who is doing the immoral deed should be punished and be held accountable but it never happens anymore. all this info won't help a thing, or change a thing.

I think that it kind of goes the same as if he was cheating with another woman. You just state that he left you for his buisness partner and don't mention the fact that he is gay, that will make you look bitter and you don't want a judge to see you as bitter. Especially when you never know if this judge may be lesbian or gay. You just go in as the wife who was left for the buisness partner and you will get more sympathy in that respect. Sorry for you, OUCH

I think it's quite common. You could start following him, you could set up remote spyware on his computers, it will cost ya about 40 dollars, then you can monitor all his email, chat, surfer, everything he does on his computer from the comforts of your own home. If you want to find out where to get it you can message me, I like 007 its really easy to use and it emails you all the data (if you want it to be emailed) it takes snapshots of the screen from 5 second intervals on. Then you could save all that data and go into court with it. I would follow him with a camera, and get the software, you could get his phone records, set up a mirror imaging folder and read all his email. But with the spyware you have a keylogger on it. I'm good at stuff like that, I thought my husband was cheating on me for years, turned out he wasn't but, I could make a living off of what I know now.

I wouldn't need a P.I. to divorce him. I'm come to my own conclusions about why he would throw a man up in my face and dump him fast.

Set up a camera in your home and the business they make cameras small enough for no one to know what they are..

Why would you need to prove it. How would it benefit you in any way?
