I'm not very sure about St Pauls Cathedral but I know that the London Eye is wheelchair friendly. When my sister went on the London Eye there was a little boy using a wheelchair.

Hi there, Yes the London Eye is wheelchair friendly. When buying your tickets there is a queue for wheelchair users, and a ramp upto the ticket office, there is also a ramp down to the eye itself. When boarding the staff will stop the eye to allow you to embark safely the same will apply before disembarking. Be sure to be facing the front of the pod when the command is given by the voice of Mandy Hargreaves as this is when your photo is taken. You can have the photo made into a Fridge Magnet, Keyring or keep it as a souvenir.

I would say that most of St Pauls is Wheelchair freindly (don't think you will be able to get up to the Whispering gallery though), and you should be OK on the Eye.

Enjoy

Since October 2006 Business' (by law) in the UK have to be wheelchair friendly. But you will see the smaller shops may not be as they say they can't afford to change the structure of their premises.

So long as you give both of them lots of money to get in, both these places are friendly to everybody.
