This seems that you are asking a serious question, but it is an opportunity to laugh at what is quite silly.
I would answer the question this way: "eat, have sex and go to the bathroom." Then I would laugh.
Then I would say this, "life is a lot more complicated most days than boiling everything down to 3 things. Not only that but work days are different than days off. Here's what I can tell you: I seek to prioritize my days, and work to accomplish the most meaningful and important short term tasks and long term objectives. When I look back over time - this works - becuase I get things done."
Then be quiet and let them talk.
