A Good Antivurus As Good As "Norton, ect." Please help.

I agree with Rizalcb - AVAST is great..I am also using it and I am very satisfied with it. You have to register at AVAST, but it's definately free!

Hey there! I've read the answers and saw they've given good advice, but I thought I'd add to it. I'd not only get AVG's latest free virus protection (which also protects your email using Outlook Express),but then I'd also get Spyware Terminator a great free app that will knock things out. I use both of these on my system and they work real well. One other item I'd recommend is getting "CCleaner" a great free app that knocks out the cache so some bad thing can't look over your tracks. You might want to try using Mozilla Firefox, a very good and strong alternative to Windows IE. It has lots to offer and it's free. Hope this helps.

Norton Sucks. Over rated, over hyped.
At one time was #1. Norton has fallen from grace by putting out inferior products which become overwhelmed by the vary things they were meant to defend your computer against.
Now they live off their past reputation.
I use AVG 7.5 Personal. Free, incredibly effective. I have not had a virus since I have been using it over a year now.
Norton was overwhelmed in a couple of weeks.

how about checking yahoo anti virus. there you will find lots of things and many free downloads just be careful when choosing
