There are a couple:

1. Do what you know is morally right, not what someone else tells you (like your wife) - she convinces him to kill Banquo and the king
2. ** Don't let your hubris (Greek word for "pride") take over (Macbeth wanted to be king and didn't like the fact that his wife kept making him feel less "manly", he also believed the witches when they told him he couldn't be killed by a "man of woman born." (Of corse, Macduff was born by C-Section, so he could kill McDummy...uh...Macbeth)
3. Deceit will always come bite you in the end (Macduff came back to defend the rightful king)
4. Don't listen to "soothsayers" (psychics) who "know the future" (the witches told Macbeth he would be king, and this may be cause/effect for his ultimate downfall)
5. ** Lies and murder will ultimately drive you insane (unless, of course, you lied and murdered because you were already there ) - Macbeth gives some great lines like "O! full of scorpions is my mind, dear wife!"(3.2.36) and Is this a dagger I see before me, the handle toward my hand? Come let me clutch thee: I have thee not, and yet I see thee still.(2.1.33-36) showing that trying to deal with the murder he committed has driven him bananas.
