A light almond sponge cake in three layers with strawberries, cream and chocolate flakes sandwiched in between, then completely covered in whipped cream and lots more strawberries and chocolate flakes on top. And some flaked almonds. And tiny bits of meringue. And a chocolate heart decoration.
