I have not been to a doctor yet, they made my first appointment at the ten week mark, I have no morning sickness, only more tired, headaches, and hungry than usual. Is it possible that the home test and blood test I have taken could be incorrect? I am worried about telling anyone I am pregnant yet.

Well, I have had 5, and in allllll of the pregnancies I felt horrible. I slept alot, even for like a month or two, almost straight. I was toooo sick toi eat, and then toooo sick cause I couldnt eat!!!! wew!!

You sound like you are wayyy better feeling than i was! :)

In the third month you will feel a dot bigger, and you will feel tha baby moving!!! It feels like butterflies!!! :)

Now, as for the time to tell tha frienz & fam...well, you may want to wait to tell some people, those that aren't the closest to you.
But I would tell those that are very close to me,
because they can be your support system. If you feel you need that now, then tell.
In past times, women would not tell of the news until they past the first trimester (third month).
They did this because some have health problems in carrying the baby through this time. The first three months are very important. Just keep taking your prenatal or whatever tha Doc says.

So many would not tell all about the news until they have let the good news of having a child sink in ....and they can begin to get prepared..etc.

Pray the best for you.
Don't be overwhelmed with the new tasks you will have, you will adjust. You find your way.
You have the opportunity to pour wisdom and life into a person.
It is a journey, and we grow as they do too.
Follow that which does not hold regrets at the end of it.
Don't worry. You can do it.

I wouldn't be worried, the baby is far to small at this point. If you're not having morning sickness, well that's a bonus. Once the little one is moving around in there you will be wishing it would stop especially when you want to get some decent sleep later on and you have a leg or an arm sticking out in all directions.
Anyway I was like you right up till this point, once I started showing, and the baby was moving I soon knew I was pregnant.
Congrats, and hope all goes well for the future.

It is quite normal not to 'feel' pregnant yet. In fact, I was convinced that I just had a bad case of the flu, and my period was going to start any minute, for the entire first four months!

You are pregnant, whether you feel it or not. As to whether or not you share your news, that's up to you. I've had several early miscarriages, so I chose to wait until the 13 week mark to share the news last time. This time it's twins, and we were so excited that we told everyone at about 8 weeks. My sister in law, on the other hand, told everyone as soon as she got the positive home pregnancy test :P. It's a personal decision.

good luck, and congratulations!

No you are fine! If you had a blood test, it is definitely correct, it is just too early for you to notice some of the changes that are going on. I am 15 weeks now and it just now really started sinking in on me that I am pregnant. Once things start changing, you will be more confident. But believe me honey, you are pregnant, and the rest will catch up to you later. The tiredness is definitely a sign that you are, and if you are lucky, you will not have to experience morning sickness. But congrats on the pregnancy and good luck!

You are in a very early stage of pregnancy at the moment, pregnacy symptons are only guidlines abot how you MAY be feeling. All women are different and all pregnancies are different.
I am a mother to three children and each experience was completely different.
The fact that you are feeling more hungry is a sign. I ate everything in sight when I was expecting.
I f you are really worried go and see your GP and tell him.
It is possible that a home kit could be wrong, but very unlikely.
Try not to get yourself too stressed out about it, I assure you that you will be getting your fair share of symptoms soon enough.
Good Luck x

In 3 weeks that feeling will change. I've been there. No morning sickness but tired all the time. The hpt and blood test isn't going to be wrong. If you haven't expierenced any heavy cramps or bleeding then I would say you are fine. Cheer up and enjoy not feeling sick!!!! Good luck to you.

I didn't feel pregnant until the baby started kicking. I felt a little tired and certain smells/tastes made me sick. I would proceed as pregnant, see the doctor and like in the old days, don't announce your pregnancy til you start to show. Of course tell the father!

If you have a home pregnancy test that came up positive and no period, then YOU ARe pregnant. CONGRATS.
Feeling pregnant comes and goes throughout your pregnancy so dont worry about symptoms. Take care of yourself and you will be just fine.

Yes, it's normal and consider yourself lucky. I'm 6 weeks 3 days along and i feel sick to my stomach all the time.

And being that I'm not superstitious I will find out the gender and practically everyone knows. I am too excited to keep it in.

i feel the same way i'm 5 weeks and still don't feel preg. i didn't with my son though either. i never got morning sickness so that was good and i hope i don't get it with this pregnancy either. so i guess not feeling pregnant is better than feeling sick all day long. good luck!
