if you hover your pointer on the mouse above it you should be able to drag it back open if not go to the top of the page then
view> toolbars > and then jus type on all the toolbars u want displayed.

hehe lolz, so you cant use your browser lol....
Right, go to your settings, control pannel, add or remove programs, and uninstall the toolbars. If you cannot do this then uninstall all messengers completely then that should take the toolbar away. The you can install messengers again but remeber to uncheck the box saying install toolbars.

click on the box that says view
at the top of this page you should be able to
view the address box again
