I am an Indian and I want to study in Japan. please give me details about study&living expenses there.
I dont know Japanese.

I think unless you under a scholarship program or exchange program it will be difficult to be qualified to study in Japan. It which case the language would not be a problem. Otherwise you will be considered a regular student which requires everything a Japanese student is required.

I agree with Maya's answer. You you need to know Japanese if you are coming to Japanese School. And "No" if you are joining international school here in Japan.

i think that japanese people have to learn english now. i actually think that most japanese people learn at least 3 languages so you should be fine.
