You can improve your singing voice. I would suggest a professional to help teach you about proper singing techniques and ways to strengthen both your diaphragm and your ability to control your voice

I bet your putting strain in the throat, when people put all the strain in the throat well it makes singing harder. It should easy as talking, also you could be trying too hard to sound like the singers, the worst advice you can get, oh well you just like that one singer. So when you singer don't try hard to sing like that guy or girl. Also you could be breathing wrong, or thinking about breathing too much. When we talk, you don't think about breathing cause its a natural thing. When you sing you should feel the voice comming out like your talking. Look up Brett Manning, do some of his stuff...trust me it will help.

You can improve it, but you still won't be a good singer. The problem is people are born with singing talent. Plus the shape of your mouth, sinuses, teeth, etc play a role in how you sound when you sing. So if that's off forget it.

OF COURSE YOU CAN! if u get a really good singer or teacher to help you, they can tell you how to breath and push out air and stuff when you sing.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no...depends on your attitude....if you are really serious about your singing then yes, practice, practice and more practice will improve on it.....If you just there cause you have to be or for fun..then no, no amount of practice will make it better...........make the right decision then work on it....
