I need to know who had tactics about opposite of Patton. My teacher assigned them but I forgot who the other one was. I think he had something to do with the Confederate States but I'm not sure.

The best to compare him to is his contemporaries, Erwin Rommell and Bernard Montgomery. They all three will great tacticians, leaders, prima donnas and egotist.

As for the Confederate generals: Robert E. Lee, Thomas Jonathan 'Stonewall' Jackson, James Longstreet, Braxton Bragg, James Ewell Brown Stuart, Ambrose Powell Hill, Richard Stoddert Ewell, Jubal Anderson Early, Daniel Harvey Hill, John Bell Hood, and John Singleton Mosby were the most well-known.
