i used to raise rabbits,i know it's wierd but they sometimes do this have one or two babies before even making a nest, then go about preparing a nest for the ones still in the womb,if she is making her nest now she is getting ready to deliver the rest of them,LEAVE HER ALONE!,they like privacy, you can occasionally check on her very quietly during the birth process but don't pet her or disturb her in any way just peer into the cage for a second or two, even the friendliest rabbit will eat her young or just abandon them if she or the young are disturbed too much, and i know it's tempting but after she has them don't handle them until they start getting fur and have thier eyes open she still may hurt them if you get your scent on them, usually what i do is distract her the day after birth with her favorite treat then take something from the cage that smells like her,a chew stick or small dish and move the fur aside a tiny bit just to take a head count on the babies, making sure not to touch any of the nest with my hand just the object,do this as quickly and carefully as you can i do this once and once only, but just leave mama bunny alone, dont try to handle her when she has newborn babies or attempt to clean her cage, just give her food and water every day and leave her alone until babies are a little bigger, also don't worry if you don't see her in the nest with them ever, they aren't like cats or dogs ,they don't stay with thier young and nurse often, they jump in the nest and do it once or twice a day and they usually wait for the coast to be clear so you may never see her in the nest,if you see the fur moving around you can be sure she is feeding them just making sure no one is around to see her do it
just to be safe if she doesn't have the rest of her babies by tommorow morning call the vet,but since she is now preparing a nest i would say she was taken by surprise by the first one, cats and dogs have been known to do this also if it is a first litter they have no idea what is happening to them and sometimes it takes a bit of a surprise to clue them in i once had a dog give birth to a puppy while standing up in the kitchen and munching away at her morning breakfast it just popped right out of her and she turned and looked at her hind end like oops what was that,it happens with first time mother animals all the time, even sometimes on the seasoned breeders but it sounds to me like your bunny is now making up for it by preparing a nest for the rest of them,GIVE HER SOME TIME before rushing her out to the vet

Making a nest and pulling fur are signs that she is about to give birth, but if she has already had one pup then there maybe something wrong. Would be best if you call your vert and ask what they recommend, as it might not be best to move her at the moment. They will be able to advise you the best thing to do.
Hope all goes well.

Give her lots of care and love, love and care. If she's making a nest then she's actually preparing herself for the babies.
Let it come naturally and if in any doubt speak to your local vet

yes she is going to have them just let her be and she will be fine as for her pulling her fur this is normal to she is stressed and she will use the fur to finish building up her nest to keep them warm try not to bother her to much keep an eye on her though

If she will let you close to her, try kneading on her stomach, this usually helps our dog when she can't get the rest of her puppies out. Also use a hot cloth, lay it on her stomach. (not too hot) Just comfort her, and pet her, usually if they feel very relaxed they have an easier time delivering and nurturing their babies. If all else fails call your vet. I hope this helps.

If she is pulling her fur out GET HER TO A VET! If you want to take risks then just keep an eye on her and look for further signs of dristress, if ANYTHING else worries you go to the vet!

Rabbits can reabsorb into the body if conditions are not right for birth. Don't worry. They do it all the time in the wild.

Take her to the vet, now! She is not expelling her babies which probably means they are dead. and if they stay in her she will die.

why are they in her stomach?? and you need to take her to the vet because sometimes mothers dont take care of their babies because they dont reconized them as hers so she might just let them die so you have to feed them yourself and she might have to get a sesection talk to your VET!!
