He should go or goes to the second barber because the floor is covered with hair, which is a clear sign that he actually has customers. The first barber has a good haircut because he went to the second one. And the floor is clean because he does not have any customers. The first barber cut the second barber's hair.I think so at least.

I Know!!

The second because the unclean floor shows that he has had lots of customers. Maybe even so many that he hasn't had time to sweep the floor. Also since there are only two barbers, he cut his haircut by the first barber but he got a bad haircut. The first barber has a good haircut only because the second barber cut it.

The one with the messy barber with a bad haircut. The hair all over the floor shows he's busy, so people must like him. And since there's only one other barber in town, he has to get his haircut by the other barber, who obviously sucks.

Simple! the barber cannot cut his own hair, so he must have gotten it through the other barber.
Since the first barber has a great haircut it must be the second barber who cut it for him, and since the second barber has a bad hair cut this means the first barber is not a good hair cutter.
If a barber is great he does not have time to clean his shop, that is why the second barber shop is messy, because he does not have time to clean his shop.
so he should go to the second barber to get a good hair ut
this is logical

He goes to the second because it doesn't matter if the barber has a bad haircut, people can't cut their own hair. That leads me to believe that the first barber went to the second barber to get their haircut., because of the hair on the ground.

He should have gone to the second barber. Because all the hair on the floor showed that many customers went to him to cut their hair. He has a bad haircut because he is too busy for his customers, and also that he went to the first barber to have his hair cut, which shows that his skills are not good. The first shop's floor is spotless because he has few or no customers, and can sweep those few hairs away quickly. Probably the second barber is his only customer, and he went to the second barber to have his hair cut.

If he was smart, he'd go to the second barber who's floor is a mess and who's hair is a mess as well. The reason for the mess is a lot of business which does not allow the barber time to clean up nor fix his own hair. The first barber has a neat floor and neat hair because of lack of business, allowing him a lot of time on his hands to care for such matters.

If the second barber has all of the business then he must be the better of the two.

He goes to the barber with the terrible haircut and messy floor because the other barber cut his hair. And he he was responsible for giving the other barber the great haircut;)

EDIT: or the messy barber is so busy cutting hair he doesn't have time to cut his own hair. Go to him, He has more experience.

He goes to the second barber, and gets a great haircut!

This is because the second barber had a terrible haircut and messy floor. He had a terrible hair cut bcause he, the second barber, is getting his own hair cut by the first barber. The second barber is also busier, as evidenced by the hair on the floor, because he get more customers because he is a better barber.

The 2nd, because the barbers would have cut each other's hair, so the barber with the good haircut was cut by the barber with the bad haircut in the messy salon

Lotsa hair on the floor could also indicate he's busiest because he's the best!
