I"m having the same problem... I"ve tried doing what they say but it didn't help.

doing everything in our power to resolve the issue as quickly as
possible. Although we can not offer you an estimate as to when this
problem will be fixed, please be assured that we are aware that the
problem exists and our engineers are further investigating the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any further information regarding the
problem.
We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter. As always,
your satisfaction is our goal. It's input like yours which helps us
improve and maintain Yahoo! Games as the best online gaming siting on

what cache are you referring to Internet explorer cache firefox cache or temporary files folder if you could supply more info maybe I could help

If after deleting all your temp Internet files the problem remains...it's with the Server...not your Browser.

cache is temporary -- sure that's your problem. Which cache -- video, hdd or ? . reboot clears all cache except hdd.
