Because it is just another Far left smoke screen. And the screaming is a tool they use to convince the uneducated and the gullible in to siding with them.
the was was in no way illegal, Both houses approved it and by law it is in no way illegal. In fact the reason Bush has yet to be impeached is because despite the rhetoric Bush has done nothing warranting such an action.
Some far left nuts are even now calling for the removal of their own politicians (the ones they elected) because they didn't try to impeach bush the second they came in to office.
Your not talking about rational people here.
You are talking about the people who think 9/11 was an inside job, that socialism/communism is the greatest thing invented, that showering and soap is bad for you...
I have very liberal friends and even they are not so ignorant to claim the war was illegal, because they know even under the rules on the UN the US was in the right, it was the UN's fault for not acting.
These people have no sense... they scream about freedom of speech and yet shout down people who disagree with them, look at the 04 elections when they had "Operation: Shut up" they stood out side the Fox news booth and kept trying to silence them for having a conservative slant.
They scream about every even minor scandal that happens on the right. And yet seem quite silent about the Former president of an ACLU chapter who was found with Child rape porn on his computer!
Where are all the lawsuits? they are in the imagination of hypocrites. and will probably stay there. thank goodness for that.
ADD ON: is that the best the far left can do? is make a bunch of remarks on Christians and anti-Semitic remarks? it's a wonder they manage to elect anyone into politics.

Israel News Agency
"...Jerusalem----April 2.....The American Jewish Congress today congratulated Paul Wolfowitz on his election as the president of the World Bank.
In Israel, The Jerusalem Post had selected Paul Wolfowitz as its Man of the Year for 2002. The Post stated: "On September 15, 2001, at a meeting in Camp David, Wolfowitz advised President George W. Bush to skip Kabul and train American guns on Baghdad. In March 2003, he got his wish.
"When President Bush says, "America will not permit the world's most dangerous regimes to threaten us with the world's most destructive weapons" -- that's Wolfowitz talking. When the president calls for "a new Arab charter that champions internal reform, greater political participation, economic openness and free trade" -- that's Wolfowitz's talking, too.
Israel has long waited for an administration that understands..."

Millions of professing Christians hail this shedding of innocent blood. God hates this. (Proverbs 6:17) I know a lot of these people think we have good intentions and seek good ends in Iraq. However, Scripture condemns doing evil even if good is intended. (Romans 3:5-8)

I couldn't find any law suits filed against former republican senator John Allen either for calling a man of Indian-descent "macaca", but does it make racism right? How about former republican representative Mark Foley for sexually abused the teenage interns in his employ? Does that make sexual misconduct alright?
How about the president's religious counselor, Paster Ted Haggard who preached against gays on the pulpit while engaged in sexual liaisons with a male prostitute? Does that make him legit? You tell me!

This is the most moronic question ever asked. There has to be a plaintiff, and if the plaintiff has had their country invaded and taken over, and their leaders executed or Gitmo'ed, there is no case. Nice try, no banana.
