A married lady can produce two types of twins, only as a matter of chance.
If in a month it produces two eggs and both the eggs are fertilized, then they can develop into fraternal twins. Such type of twins are not identical. However, if only one egg is produced as usual and if it gets fertilized, it will produce one baby. If such a fertilized egg(zygote) divides into two zygotes, then the development of 2 zygotes will bring 2 identical twins.
