C.S.Peirce (1839-1914) said, "The opinion which is fated to be ultimately agreed to by all who investigate is what we mean by truth and the object represented by this opinion is the real."

What I think is an important difference from your stated question is - instead of "everyone" Peirce says "all who INVESTIGATE".

No! People could be blinded with a lie so they cannot see the truth. People don't know all the facts.. they don't know what really happened..they just here it on the news. And the news broadcasting system could have hidden the truth or part of the truth. Unfortunately we cannot fully trust the news. They might not tell us the whole story. To attain knowledge on must know every single little detail of the story, or else they cannot form a solid opinion to judge what happened.

no, what everyone in a community agrees on is not the truth or reality,, though it may appear as a truth and a reality to them,,,,,,,, and their belief is a reality,,,,
also, it would be very rare for everyone in most any general group to agree on something,,,,,,
many groups go by what the majority or those in power think is the truth,,,
to attain knowledge, to me, one must keep questioning and researching,,, often when your idea of truth differs from what you know others ideas are, you will still find someone who agrees with you,,,, maybe not in your city,,,,, country,,,,, or even in your lifetime,,, and even if you dont find that other person,,,, that doesnt make your thoughts any less relevant,,,,,,, most all concepts that we know,, were thought up by someone at sometime,,,,, then accepted by others , acceptance doesnt mean truth,,,,, so go with what you feel,,,,, and look at the evidence,,,

What the community agrees on truth is a moralistic approach and usually the larger interest of the society gets precedence.
Reality is related to what one sees which may not always be the absolute truth. It is the mind alone which if tuned to decipher between truth and reality can help. So when in confusion train your mind to concentrate in a quite corner and decipher.

In order for every one to agree about the absolute truth one has experience it first. Usually agreement takes place when your reasoning is fullfilled.Where as truth and ultimate reality are the subjects that go beyond the human intellect. YOu can use intellect also to get there but before you know the truth you will realise that you didn't need a reason to get there.
So social phenomenon is not applicable for such questions as it is an individual process.

You are talking about consensus reality.

This idea of reality is driven by paradigm, or belief. It seems absolutely real to the believer because they usually are completely unaware that there could even be any other possibilities.

While it is often far from true reality, this is ok because paradigms are learning Environments.

They are effective in teaching us what is not truth. Once we have exhausted all other possibilities we are forced to seek outside the paradigm for what is really true.

Its truth which leads to reality, coz any problem when faced leads us to seek truth which ultimately leads to reality, which when probed/while in the process of finding out the facts leading to reality, will make you wonder about the knowledge how much we know and we will have questions ,we should either find out or get the help of someone to show the path of knowledge /answers, therby u will not only be in the path of attaining knowledge, but also succeed in knowing truth and reality.

Forget what community agrees to what. Community was formed in the past by someone after attaining knowledge about the absolute truth. That community has passed away. If we want to form one real community, we have to attain the truth actually. People can't prove them to be of real community by just talking of the past and passed away forefathers or even so called
all the incarnatiions of God.
But what about you my similar soul? Don't you want to know the truth? If you are genuinely want to search the truth, here I am to share experiences freely.
To attain absolute truth is not hard for one possessing pure heart but on the contrary the easiest of all. The most important thing to be careful about is the first step. A first step put wrongly, result in the journey in opposite direction and get derailed of even common life. And very rightly, before you take first step, if you go through knowing the link properly, which means in proper order viz. first thing first than second thing second and so on, than the destiny of heavenly life is waiting at the next station. Knowing all this is not consuming lot of time or even a paisa and hence we must spread it for free because God has given it for free firstly and said to be very kind.
I don't like to be called Guru or anything such, so you don't have to be worried a least. It will be my pleasure if my little effort bring up happiness and peace in someones life. Obviously can't explain typing everything on yahoo. So forgive me. Before I end up let me clarify one thing. By inner intuition I have chosen four words to share experiences. Mind well its not any religious academy but my private way of consulting needy persons without wasting much of their time or money but absolutely free for absolute truth. The phrase I chose is "VISW PARAMAATMAA PARIVAAR DHARM" by meaning and not a religion. It is a family of those who knows the absolute truth the "PARAMAATMAA". (Param + Aatmaa) the final peak of experience, highest in rank, a genuine identity of human beings.
Did I bore you? Now don't say "thanks a ton!!", I will be crushed.

Your same time colleague,
'Prafull' Paramaatmaa Das,
"Vishw Paramaatmaa Parivaar".

because of the fact the 56th consultation of Congress, one occasion (Liberals-Democrats) have controlled the homestead of Representatives, the Senate and the superb courtroom just about seventy 5% of the time. Controlling 2/3 of the government for that prolonged quantity of time, wouldn’t you anticipate that maximum any/each and every of the subject concerns, issues and concerns that are being stated with the drawing near election additionally are a similar accountability of that comparable occasion? If that comparable occasion is controlling the funds, writing and offering the charges, ruling in the event that they're constitutional and investigating/subpoena/influencing coverage and technique shouldn’t that occasion be held in charge for the situation u.s. is in hence some distance?

No, look at the war in iraq, remember when everyone "agreed" with it? It still didn't make it any more right. A lot of people were lied to, and a lot of people didn't want to disagree because they didn't want to be considered to be on the terrorists side. And that can happen with any topic.
