Go to "My Computer" right click on the c drive and go down to properties and click it.

physical memory never varies if you have 256meg it will always be 256meg to find out how much is in use press Alt Ctrl Del together click the performance tab and you can then see how much is in use but that value is always varying, if you mean hard disk space open My Computer right click on the hard drive click on properties you'll be presented with a graph of how much is used and how much is free

Go to Yahoo Widgets and you will find a number of small utilities to download which will place a graphic on your desktop telling you or your current memory usage. These utilities come in all styles like a clock, graph or just a number.

in space hardisk space just right click on the drive c: you see the pie chart..
if memory or RAM: 4 gigabyte RAM
I'm using a avg anti virus i just click the top portion "information" then then click about avg, i click on "system" i will know how much memory used RAM in my memory..
