Please tell me which mobile phone gives the facility to create your own ringing tones with voice recording..I know about Nokia 3125 but it is CDMA..I want GSM of any company..and it should not be very costly..Less than Rs.5000..I want to gift it to my dad..Please help.

why dont you create ringtone with the help of your PC ? or use someone elses phone to create voice recorded ring tone and transfer it to phone. the utility of creating ring tone may not be that important in my view.
