not much to go on.
Do you have lights? (checking general battery)
If you turn the key does it make any noise at all?
(If not try jumping and starting)
If you have power and no starting noise, might be starter or
electrical system
Do you pimp the gas and smell gas? If not try a bottle of Heet and try again; might be fuel pump

Somehow you tripped the car's anti theft mode or starter kill. If it is a GM car, you MAY be able to turn the key to the run position for about 20 minutes then turn it off and it may restart. Don't leave your door open or you'll drain the battery, unless you can turn your dome light off.
Also, you may have tripped it by locking the doors with the door switch or remote then manually using the key to unlock them. Try hitting the unlock button on your remote and starting the car.
Other than that, you may have to have it towed to a dealer for them to reset it.
