Because it is fashionable right now to walk into the board room with a bottle of water. Much like when it was fashionable to walk into a board room with a Cuban cigar was twenty years ago...Just wait for the studies to come out about how too much water can be toxic and that people are slipping and falling on spots where water bottles have leaked and they realize that second hand water can harm you. Then it will be illegal for bars to have water in them and all water drinkers will have to take their water breaks outside...Don't worry about being in the freezing cold the global warming phenomenon will save you from that.

Uh, if you had any business savy as Republicans pretend to,
you would know that water rights and infrastructure are being
bought up by large investment companies.
It is to be the next "growth industry".Like oil was in 1910.
There is a meeting at the Havard Club in NY next month to map out strategy.

Now our water is going to be taxed even more. Great, you just gave them another cause. Don't forget they kind have covered it by trying to punish companies with high profits by having them pay extra taxes on their profits.
