because our constitution is made for GARIB KO HATAO, not the garibi hatao. SO THAT rich will become more richer and poor becomes begger ultimately.
thats what happening since last 60 years of independence. Our Political leaders are not for balancing the society, but are elected to make money in alloted 5 years term so that they can amass wealth for 7 generations.
