I always feel guilty about everything and always say 'sorry' and 'thank you' all the time. l know it sucks really. lol

Agree with first answer. Everything. Especially at 5:00 in the morning when kitty is trying to bite and get my attention to play and I ignore her, then I feel bad and end up waking up to play with her.
