Please dont worry. You cant actually be pregnant unless semen was inserted inside you and "rubbing" cant result in pregnancy. I can understand your concern though. I recently had spotting after losing my virginity and I went through the pregnancy scare that you're going through now so I asked my doctor who told me that the spotting results from the change in a woman's hormones. You're also stressing about being pregnant so this will also make your period irregular and cause the spotting you're experiencing. Just try to relax and forget the thought of being pregnant but if you absolutely need assurance, go buy a "First Response" pregnancy test. You'll see you had no reason to be worrying in the first place :-)

And remember, if you and your boyfriend are planning on eventually having sex, ALWAYS use a condom.

Your probably not pregnant but to be sure maybe you should go to the doctors. A check up doesnt hurt anyone, maybe you could also get a prescription for the pill if you do not want to have children just yet. The more you worry yourself about it the longer your periods will take to regulate.

when you say *rub* what do you mean he can still ejaculate pre entry into you so try to calm down and think how far you went, the rest of the symptoms seem like stress but get a pregnancy test anyway to be on the safe side and trust someone enough that you can talk to and get support from. good luck!!!

Most likely you are not pregnant, but it could happen. If you are going to go further be sure to have protection.
If you can delay having sex with him until marriage, you won't have the stress and anxiety associated with premarital sex, and possibly an unplanned pregnancy.

If he did not ejaculate, you are not pregnant. If he did, it would have had to been very close to your vaginal opening in order for there to be even a minute chance that you could be pregnant. I seriously doubt that you are, but if you want to be sure, you could buy a test. You will be fine!

If your that scared of the consequences (pregnancy), wait until you are emotionally mature enough to deal with it before committing to a relationship.
