My desktop is between 2-3 years old. Has a couple upgrades from the original. A larger hard drive and twice as much ram. It has slots for both memory stick and flash card. came equipped with CD-RW and Dvd-ROM. All this was special features at the time but commonplace on computers now.

I got mine in 2003. No special features, in fact, it's outdated in comparison with the laptops available today.

My Dell will be 2 in April. The special feature is that it runs great, does what I want it to, is fast and doesn't freeze or crash. Knock on wood.

I just got it about 2 weeks ago. This baby does everything but vaccum! LOL It has windows vista, cd, dvd burner, it has the program to make the labels, there are hundreds of stuff on this puppy that I have yet to look through! I love my little baby!

This one is less then a year old, it is a laptop, it is pretty much a middle of the road model.
