how is that a code consisting of only 4 letters, as in DNA(A,T,G,C) can specify all different parts of organism and account for allthe diversity of orgaism on this planet?

These four base form a code having three base .There are 64 maximum possible ways ion which they can be arranged.Out of the 64 code 3 are called nonsnese code which donot code for the amino acids . The remaining codes for the 20 amino acids which get arranged to for a huge number of proteins are there in world . This is like permutation and combination.

You are assuming that each part is only 4 units long which is not so. 4 letters can be arranged in many ways if the unit is, say, 2000 elements long.

A bond with T and G bond with C it makes genes it is very useful
