You can't set it up so that it deletes everytime you sign on. You need to remember to delete it every time you're finished using the computer.
There is no automated way to do this. You can set your browser to delete temporary internet files everytime you close it...but that's not the same as history.
But just in case you're interested in doing that, go to tool/internet options/advanced
Scroll to the bottom and you'll see a check box that says "Empty Temporary Internet Files when Browser is Closed"
Check this box on.
