I'm a single mum ( my daughter lives with me) who brought my first house at 20yrs, work 3 jobs (receptionist, customer service and a sales consultant) and study.
And no I don't have rich parents, I have done this all myself.

Your fortunate. I have to ask though (and not being a smarty pants at all) who is raising your child? I work one full time job (self employed) and I fear I am leaving my child with my mom too much...I would really feel even worse if I was leaving her to daycare. Maybe your child is in school full time but who is raising him/her when you are working your supplemental jobs.

It sucks being a single parent...society is not tailored for a family life what-so-ever. Its a shame. You work to pay your way through life and then die.

I'm 19, have one child 16 months old, engaged, own my own house, only have to work one job and graduated 1 year early from HS, just bought a new car, and we have $2,000 in the bank... and my fiance lives with me and doesn't work. not to brag or anything... (:

Congratulations on being where you are!! you are way ahead of most!! Good work and keep it up!

Good job,you should concentrate on getting one job that pays more money though so you don't have to work 3.That way maybe you can have more time with your daughter.Sounds like she is lucky to have you:)

I say count your blessings for what you have managed to achieve, but the best thing is to not boast about, self reccomendation, or self praising is best left to others to an outsider...just smile quietly inside and not broad cast it....but good for you girl!

Start your own business as well, find someone who loves
you completely if at all possible, and most of all never do
anything but that which you are passionate about, and
everything else will fall into place.....
