it was as though the memory card had no songs/pics/vids/ etc they were jus not there anymore. would like to know if is a common problem.

No prob like that--BUT--i have noticed the phone reacts to the facia around the cursor buttons being pushed and goes in to Walkman or internet mode by mistake--really annoying. Anyone else have this too?

nothing like thats happened to mine try takin the memory card out and then reinserting it and if your still eithin your warranty which is 1 year try and contact them and see if they know anything altough unless its something up witht he actual handset theres nothing they can do.
