I think it was based on a shakespeare play, all I can remember is that one of the main characters was raped and her attackers cut off her tongue so she couldn't tell anyone. then there was a scene where she was trying to explain what happened by drawing in the dust outside...it came out at least 3 years ago and its set in the 18th or 19th century
