I am a PhD student and often Profs are rude and condescending to us graduate students. We complain about it to each other and smile in their faces. Since I started taking synthroid I have much more energy, but I find I want to tell these guys what I think.

I also am on synthroid, and I see no problem of taking it as it is necessary to be on for the Thyroid condition we have. DO NOT stoop to their level as you would be only doing what they are doing. Have a great day and stay on your meds.

Sometimes you just have to bite your tongue & smile at the ##$@#.

Most people have a lot more energy once their thyroid level is normal.

It is because you are not depressed anymore.

Anger is the flip side of depression.
