Because some men can't get what they want.
They don't want to look at their own lacking, so they blame the woman.
They call them names, if they think they are slutty etc, because subconsciously, a lot of men, would like most women to behave, linking back to their relationship with their mother, Mary etc.

Men don't hate women. The disrespect that you note is a direct result of the detrimental effects modern feminism has had on society.

please don't lump all men in the same category together. Some when angry lose there good sense, others never had any, and some have a bit better sense of self control. It appears that your challenge is finding a group of guys that respect women. They exist but you have to look for them. And you have to Earn there respect. It take two for a fight you know.
