My fiance and I had sex on the next to last day of my placebo pills. I didn't miss any pills that month. I got really worried and was feeling my boobs quite a bit to make sure they weren't sore. stupid i know. however, now my nipples are erect a lot and burn. could i be pregnant? or is it just that your nipples can be overstimulated. please help.

If you have taken all of your pills in the correct order at the correct time without a break then your chances of being pregnant are really, really low. Having sex on any of the placebo pill days doesn't have any higher risk than having sex on any of the other 21 days of the cycle.
Sounds like PMS to me.

Having sex while on the placebo won't make your chances of getting pregnant any higher (so long as you've been taking the other pills regularly).
I think you're just being paranoid...it sounds like you're just going through PMS.

The chances of you being pregnant if you did everything properly is about 97 percent. Also, you, most likely, wouldn't have any physical signs after one or two days.
If you are really worried, see a doctor for a pregnancy test.
