Take him shopping or park walk, or snow walk.
don't try too much, everytime uncle is upset, he will rely on you to satisfy his needs and this will never end even when you are older.
I know this from experience, and after a while it's been hard to satisfy my aunty who relied on me to satisfy her depression. I grew up and had no time for that, and she became a baby and now doesn't speak to me!

uncle billy? lol....well, what does uncle billy like? try to do something he likes (an activity) or do something nice for him that you think he will like (like bake him some cookies or buy his a little something he might like).
