Im guessing you have a gf? The best way to tell a girl you love her is to wait until you both know for sure..you can always tell and there is always a right time. NEVER say your first i love you over msn,txt or email!! That would be a big big mistake just say it in person, it's not something you can plan! =)

At 14 where is your mama and why are you proposing to someone at your age? Your mama has some home training to do with you!

You may propose "like". Just tell her you like her very much.
