what would happen?

if there's two first cousins that are married and livin in new mexico but they diecide to move to tx would they be in any legal problem since its not longer allow to marrie a first cousing in tx?or would they be consider as incest?

If they live as man and wife and came to be known as two first cousins then yes!

But they don't have to declare themselves as two first cousins, right? Nor is their marriage certificate states that. Right? So, le them keep it to themselves!
