I'm 16 weeks pregnant and feel terrible!

yes i called my ob, and checked the what to expect while you are expecting book. both said vicks vaporub was safe. my son came out just fine. the back of the bottle says to ask your doctor. i did.

Yes!

I had a bad case of sinusitis and my doctor told me to put some in a bowl of boiling hot water, put a towel over my head, and breathe in the vapours.

yes however - you can always call your local hospitals emergency room or your doctor and ask the nurse. It is always wise to follow the rules from the professionals.
Keep in mind that anything that you put in your body even on your skin it will absorb into your body.

yes absolutly fine ive plastered it on my chest and under my nose in this pregnancy and my previous one it hasnt harmed me or my babies also i use nasal drops

not as a condiment.... try ketchup or mustard.
