if i do not have any pride in my job, what do i do from there ?

Why dont you have pride n your job? Is it becaue you cant do it very well and realise that, is it that someone at the workplace it making life difficult and making you feel that way, is it the type of work that you are doing and you either dont like it or feel that it is "beneath" you?. The solution to your problem would vary depending on what what making you feel that youhave no pride in your work. I would suggest that if you dont feel comfortable doing the type of work you are doing becasue it is something you really hate... then look for another job, if its becasue you feel the work is menial or "beneath" you - then ask about other job opportunities and seek help/advice doing some training /studies either through your employer or on your own time to help you to move to another job. If some one at the workplace is causing you to feel unhappy then get advice from respected and more experiences relatives/friends on what to do and also look at using internal processes such as talking to a harrasment officer, chaplain or senior manger etc. Ultimately yu have to identify what it is that is making you unhappy with yoru work and address that issue.

Try and think of something you LOVE doing and turn that into a career. Or, if you are physically/financially able, take some classes at a community college or other technically school. That might help you try and find your true passion in life. And by all means, follow your dreams. Don't get stuck in a job that makes you miserable. Life is too important to spend half of your day doing something you hate.
