1986 , my husband passed away and I was 6 months pregnant. I had to be strong and be a father and mother to 5 other children. I made it and within 2 years, I remarried a man, who made a great father. His guidance has evolved us into a productive family. 4 of the kids have graduated from some type of college and the youngest, starts next fall ( with a full scholarship ). I am proud of them all, and Yes I have come a long way, since this decisive turnover in my life.

a few years ago, my bf at the time was taking drugs, lying, stealing from me. I went to bed one night upset, woke up the next morning and left. Travelled the country and world and have finally met the man of my dreams. Things happen for a reason....and I'm glad they do!

2 years ago, my best friend in the world (who happened to be my baby brother and business partner as well)..died suddenly due to a brain hemorrhage. He was 42 and had never really been sick a day in his life. His death really changed many facets of my life!! I still miss him terribly and no longer look at many things the way that I used to!!

Oh I don't talk to fine pastries on the whole but find more of a sympathetic ear from the homeless, buy them a coffee and they'll sit and listen to you all day.
