I dream in vivid colours and sometimes become lucid, which is very strange and can be quite scary, but mostly is a lot of fun.
My emotions in dreams are usually very strong- eg laughing hysterically, crying or very angry.... not usually related to anything that I am feeling that day for instance.
I used to have a recurring dream that I was being chased, and would often end in me being killed, it was really petrifying. This happened for years and I think came from being bullied at school. Finally about 5 years ago I confronted the people chasing me in my dream, I just had enough and there was an incredible fight.
At the end of the fight we made friends, and the dream became really happy and ended with me flying into the sky. I have always had nice dreams since then and have been far more positive in general. I think everyone needs to face their demons at some stage in their life.
Personally I think dreams are our subconscious trying to make sense of the world around us... I find them very powerful and important for our well being.
Happy dreaming!

I am a very vivid dreamer and pay close attention to the things I dream about, for there are always messages embedded within.
I usually dream in bright colours. After I have woken up, I often wonder whether I am still dreaming, or if I actually am awake. I then transfer the details of the dream to the notepad and pen I keep beside my bed.
Main themes in my dreams:
* Workmates
* Friends
* Driving or being driven
* Being in some kind of danger, and then physically waking up at the point when the danger is greatest (thus not actually being in danger any more)
* Beautiful girls
* Snippets of song lyrics (often the words used form some kind of 'message' for me)
As I have said, I think dreams are messages from your deeper or subconscious mind. They can be predictions of future events, reassurances if you are troubled by something, solutions to problems or challenges, or maybe even ways of bringing your attention to something you are unaware of (ie, somebody may have a high opinion of you, but you don't know this).
Before you go to bed, it is helpfulto 'program' your mind to bring you a dream. Repeat the words TONIGHT I DREAM, AND I REMEMBER MY DREAM over and over (about 50 times) to your subconscious mind, then go to sleep. You are giving it an instruction which it will obey. The dream you have will usually appertain to your most important 'issue' at the time.
I often find that when there is a lot of subconscious 'movement' in my life (a lot is happening, and I am thinking about a lot of things, good or bad) dreams come thick and fast.
Spend some money on a good dream dictionary (see sources) and find out what your dreams mean. There is a whole treasure chest of insights waiting for you.

I dream in colour (even though I have heard somewhere that we are not supposed to dream in colour). I have lots of different dreams sometimes stuff that has happened during the day or things I am worried about and at other times just complete fantasy nonsense. I think sometimes a dream is just your mind working or thinking about things while you are asleep. If I have had a nightmare when I wake up I still feel scared and if its a nice dream I just feel calm.

the two =) i've got been dreaming in color those days yet I definitely have had objectives in only black and white. the reason i understand they are in color is via the fact i can remember particular issues with regard to the dream - as an occasion, a guy i became with became wearing a pink shirt in a dream I had final night.

I dream in the natural colours of our world. Black and white exists only in movies and photos. Unless, of course, you are colour blind, in which case the whole world for you is black and white!
All the best!/
