My 'c' drive's total disk space is 9.56Gb
when i open the properties of 'c' drive it shows used space : 5.46 GB
but
when i enter into 'c' drive and select all folders of 'c' drive and check their combine space then it shows only : 3.32GB

so here difference : 5.46-3.32 = 2.14
my question this 2.14 GB where used in 'c' drive

pls show me the right solution to find out the problems.

There are hidden files and system files
which are not normally visible/accessible.
You can access them if you want.
1. Try this :
My computer C:/ properties
disk clean up
Tools/ more Options
clear Old System Restore Points.
You get more free disk space.
2. Run regularly ccleaner from www.ccleaner.com

There are hidden files. Even if you unhide them, there'll still be certain folders and files that are hidden for example content.ie5. Don't worry, your computer isn't trying to steal storage space from you.

there will be hidden system files that you can only access if you unhide them (tools>folder options>view>show system files)
these will include the hibernation file (hiberfile.sys), the memory dump file, etc.
