When do you experience this issue?
Is it when you are playing some games or is it when you are surfing the net?
Do this-
Right click on My Computer and chose properties.
In this System Properties, under Computer verify that you have 256MB or more of RAM.
If you don’t, then upgrade.
If you do, have your graphics card checked as some games have a specification for the type of graphics card to be used.
If it is during surfing, Shut down your computer and leave it for 10secs. During this 10secs, shut down your modem too.
First switch on your modem and wait for a minimum of 3mins, for it to stabilize.
Then, restart the computer.
Delete Cookies and Files from Internet Options under Tools option of IE.
Close IE and reopen it.
Check if this helps….
