On a serious note, frogs and toads attract a mate by calling and will only attract members of the same species which are tuned to respond to that call. Male frogs and toads however are not noted for common sense when in mating mode and therefore have been known to clasp onto any thing they can in the hope that it is a female of their species hence reports of slow goldfish and even rubber gloves being clasped by a male in the mating position.
Fertilisation of eggs across species is a rare event and only occurs if those species are very closely related, e.g Lions and Tigers, Horses and Donkeys. Offspring of these matings are invariably sterile and unable to reproduce.
Froads and Togs exist only in your imagination!

it depends whether a frog is attracted to a toad or a toad attracted to a frog, but yes they do mate with each other.

Froads

or

Togs

I dont know I doubt it. Zebra dont mate with Donkey just because they are a similar size and shape do they....

No they are different species that happen to look alike to us.
It's the same for rabbits and hares.
