its because they suck and refuse to explore anything new or to venture outside their crappy little box

Its because they use the same music configuration each time. And thats why it might sound so similar to you but once you listen to all the chords played they are truly different...
It doesn't take a pianist or musician to figure that out

It is like that with almost every band nowadays. I still enjoy them. They at least write lyrics or get lyrics that are meaningful short of Animals which is my Favorite Fun song as of late, and that is out of the Cookie Cutter Realm. Different than anything they have done. So Is Rockstar. So Cut them some slack. They are at least attempting to get out of the Cookie Cutting Corporate Machine.

i have said the exact same thing, every time i hear a new song of theirs i know who it is right away. they beat and rythem is always the same. I can say i like rock star that they sing it has a little beat to it.
