An Olympic-sized swimming pool has a volume of about 2.5 million litres.
A full-sized dachshund (sausage dog) - as opposed to a miniature breed - typically weighs around 10kg. Assuming they have roughly the same density as water (they float, but only because of the air in their lungs) then if squashed down, or liquidised, you could get about 250,000 in there. If you mean whole dogs, uncompressed, it's probably only around half that number.
