! Does it automatically give you a violation if somebody hits the ABUSE button or does some human actually check before they violate you ?
Not that i mind being violated sometimes . Just wish i knew who was violating me :)

there are some malicious people on this site who make a career out of reporting people
incidentally, can I please ask EVERYONE to complain about Violations when they are not warranted.?
A lot of people have been deleted recently after working very hard to get up to a level where they can ask and answer unlimited.
If you get violated for something that is NOT even close to being offensive, please report it with the email header "harassment by another user" and state that you do not deserve this violation. Say that it is harassment and you want the matter investigated and the REPORTERS account suspended.
I will be reporting EVERY one from now on
Lets stop the mindless yobs destroying our work
Just one point though. If you deserve the Violation - take it on the chin !

just from the violations I've received I would say just hitting the button has triggered some of them, I too would like to know that. I have no experience because I have never hit that button or reported anyone and I never will.

You are not alone.For some strange reason I am on my final final warning, people just keep picking on me.Why when all I want to(sob) is help(sob sob) those poor people.I like to offer my medical advice,as well as my recycling tips.If I can help you with the violating at any time let Cad know.I would hate to see you violated (vigorously from behind) by anyone.Remember Cad is a shoulder to cry on at any time (after11am as I don't get up till then) I will treat you like one of my own niece.Has your brother got a TV show his name is Earl?

Censorship should never take place.
I told a joke last night and it was removed before one answer so I'm not sure how many people have to report abuse. In fact I'll tell it again and see if it gets reported! Sod'em!
A man was having problems with premature ejaculation, so he went to see his doctor.
The doctor suggested that the man could solve his problem by startling himself whenever he thought that he was going to ejaculate.
So, the man went directly to a sporting goods store and bought a starter pistol. Then he went home to try the doctor's advice.
When he got home, he found his wife waiting for him on their bed,... naked! So he ripped off his clothes and began making love with her. Eventually, they wound up in the "69" position and then the man felt an enormous urge to ejaculate, so he cranked off a few shots with his new starter pistol.
They next day, he went back to the doctor and reported his results. He said, "It didn't work out for me, Doc! When I fired the pistol, my wife crapped on my face, bit 3 inches off my penis and my neighbor came out of the closet with his hands in the air!"

I don't know. I hope someone can give a definitive answer. When I vote an answer as a bad one, I'm rarely the first. Admit it, some answers and questions are totally in bad taste.
