Big stores like Curry's and Comet charge about £25 in total for delivery, fitting and removal of the old appliance. However, if you employ a local Corgi fitter to fit the cooker, he/she might charge anything between £50-£75 and then ask the Council to remove the old cooker, they charge you about £15 to 20.

We paid about £50 to have our free standing cooker fitted corgi reg person, certificate supplied

If you are just talking about taking out the old one, bringing in the new one (not the cost of buying it) and plugging it into the quick release connection, shouldn't be more than £25 - £30.

Had a new hob fitted in november and it cost £70 but they had to move the gas pipe.

Get a mate to do it like i did.We took out the old one ourselves and my mate brought the new one and put it in its place cost us a tenner!!
