Look up on the net everything you can about that city and get to know it a little better...even contact the council for that city, they have welcoming packages for you, that explain all about the facilities there...(tours, what to see and do, moving tips even)...too many things to mention..along with vouchers to get things cheaper......Get knowledge and get going on it, soon you will be really hankering to move there.....good luck, have a good and happy life....

Just think such is life, think positively on the move; do not hate anything, simply accept it as part of your advancements. It's a way of practical meditation, be alert and smart at the new place and the new people including everything there will welcome you.

You have said you HAVE to move so just do the move & don't think about it. As far as what to do after you move that will work itself out. You will meet new people, make new friends.
Good luck.
