its important not to confuse black matter with dark matter

The Energy distribution in our universe is like this:

0.4% visible matter (stars etc.)
3.6% invisible (dark) -> black matter
23% Dark Matter (that theoretical stuff explaining galaxy rotation)
means its 23% of 'stuff' which causes an odd gravitational pull
70% Dark Energy (That theoretical stuff explaining the expansion)
