Start having a sport, and then you will become fitter.

For starters you can work out your hands by holding a book and reading whilst turning the pages so you can learn some sort of Grammar and not type as though you are sending a text message to ya mother who may also be an illiterate heathen like your good self.
Or turn ya self into a glove or a sock or a hooker or a jumper or a shoe or a Trampy Hoe or a hat or a prostitute or a wedding ring or a Paris Hilton ..cos any loose FIT is a good FIT.

Do some combinatino training. It might be swimming plus weight lifting plus Tai Chi. It's a good thing to combine different types of workouts, no matter how beginning or advanced you are.

As for sweets, the real problem is processed foods. Get them out of your diet! Fresh veggies, a little fish, some brown rice, try that instead. Don't eat anything that comes in a box, can or bag.

basicly, to get fit you need to do cardio vascular training (apolagies for the spelling) for instance, running, or swimming, anything that gets your whowle body going.
and the sweets, too much fat clogs up your arteries, that wont help you at all. you can still eat them, or they wouldt sell them in the vending machines in the sports centers XD, but just cut back, same with all fatty foods. people think fruit is good, but some of it is full of natural sugar, wich is a bad thing, grapes for example.
the downside is cardio also burns off muscle, so work on the muscles you have used after ur cardio. then do some cardio afterwards.

Chips and donuts works for me. Plus lots of sport..I'm always watching sports on the tv.

Have sport AND do not eat sweet. also dont measure youre weight it will only make you deppressed.

do both. Cut down on junky food intakes, and have alot of sport.
